Loree helped us purchase two houses- our starter home and our forever home. When we first were looking to move to the area, she organized 14 different showings all in one day! She brought a lot of expertise on all aspects of home ownership and what to look for and gave great recommendations. She helped us negotiate a good deal, and once we started looking for new houses, she immediately responded any time we wanted to do a showing, and she was available for us the next day or even the same day! She helped us with writing up good offers and also provided a great listing for the house we were trying to sell. Her suggested listing price helped us garner multiple offers and we sold our home in a day and a half! She even provided a coloring book for our child at the closing. She gives excellent personal attention and you really forget that she has other clients that she is working for. You feel like you are the only priority. I recommend her to anyone! She also has a great team who we worked with for showings once or twice.
